Place the unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
